Mums and Bubs Yoga

These classes focus on yoga postures that are specifically designed for the postnatal months. They explore gentle movement that will help your body regain strength and tone in a safe, loving and effective way. It is also a great opportunity to introduce your baby to yoga, promote mother and baby bonding and one of the most important values of The Mumma Hub, connect and share time with other new mums.

At The Mumma Hub, we recommend taking your first 40 days after birth to bond with bubba, establish feeding and allow the body to regain strength with lots of rest and nourishment. After this time (6 weeks for vaginal birth and 8 weeks for cesarean) and a doctor’s check up, it is a perfect time to join us.
