Our Classes

Our classes currently run once a week over a 10-week school term. Our community connect is held at the end of each 10-week term.

These classes are tailored to everybody at every stage of pregnancy.

Our Prenatal Yoga classes are run on a Sunday afternoon at 3:30pm and Thursday afternoon at 5:30pm. All 90 minute classes to really move, connect and relax.

Our mums and bubs yoga is a gentle class designed specifically for the postnatal months. It explores movement and postures that will help your body regain strength and tone in a safe and loving way.

Classes are 75mins and held on a Tuesday at 10am and 12:30pm with a chance for a coffee each week between the 2 classes.

Community Connect Workshop

Near the end of each term, The Mumma Hub will host an afternoon Community Connect Workshop introducing 4 speakers who are experts in their field from fertility, pregnancy, labour and into motherhood.

This workshop is all about being inspired, educated and connecting to others in your new community of pregnancy and motherhood.
